Job Summary
Operational Systems Program Manager to lead and coordinate operational programs, system implementations, and process-improvement initiatives across a fast-paced construction/logistics operations environment. Will manage multiple system-related initiatives, drive adoption and standardization of processes, coordinate with leadership, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, monitor KPIs and system utilization, and ensure documentation, training, and change management support. Responsible for overseeing implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization of operational and business systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in relevant roles
- Experience with operational systems, ERP, dispatch systems, or workflow improvement
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, program management, systems implementation, operational excellence, or related roles
- Experience supporting operational systems, ERP platforms, dispatch systems, project management software, or workflow/process improvement initiatives preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational/business software platforms
