Job Summary
Greet customers in a friendly manner at the final stage of their journey and assist those commencing trips. Conduct damage inspections on all returning and outgoing vehicles, checking for roadworthiness, oil levels, tyre pressure, and general wear and tear. Ensure a positive customer experience by providing solutions for any issues and delivering a high-quality service. Work a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- Computer literacy skills
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current and ongoing Australian work rights
- A positive can do attitude
