Job Summary
Ready Return Agent position at Europcar Mobility Group Brisbane Airport on a part-time basis. Key duties include greeting customers professionally, ensuring a positive customer journey, resolving issues to provide a WOW experience, and assisting customers starting their journey. Responsibilities also include conducting damage inspections of returning and outgoing vehicles, checking roadworthiness, oil levels, tyre pressure, and inspecting for chips or damage. Requires prior customer service, retail, or sales experience with strong communication and computer literacy, the ability to work solo or in a team, and flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. A valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record and ongoing Australian work rights are required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- Computer literacy skills
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current and ongoing Australian work rights
- A positive can do attitude!
