Job Summary
Operate a 4-axle mixer truck to deliver ready-mixed concrete to customer job sites while conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to support efficient operations, and maintain accurate delivery records along with all required safety, environmental, and quality documentation. Provide excellent customer service while representing Heidelberg Materials professionally on job sites. Valid commercial driver's license and clean driving record required.

- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently in varied conditions
- Strong commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing, as part of daily work
- Reliability, professionalism, and a focus on delivering high‐quality service
- Must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination
- Must pass background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
