Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on ready mix plant equipment, including mixers, conveyors, and batching systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to ensure optimal plant operation and minimize downtime. Conduct preventative maintenance schedules, maintain accurate records of activities, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with plant management to prioritize tasks and assist with new equipment installation. Requires three years of plant maintenance experience and strong mechanical aptitude. Required Qualifications
