Job Summary
Take incoming customer orders by phone or in person and enter them accurately into the order/dispatch system. Schedule concrete orders and coordinate delivery times with dispatch, then firm up orders with customers ahead of scheduled pours. Communicate order changes, delays, or cancellations promptly to all affected parties and run daily/weekly reports to support operations. Respond to customer questions and resolve issues or complaints professionally while maintaining clear records of communications. Support the team during high-volume, peak pour seasons while maintaining accuracy under pressure. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred with strong computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Working knowledge of logistics, scheduling, or dispatch operations
- Solid computer skills (order entry/dispatch software, email, spreadsheets)
- Leadership qualities and the ability to take ownership of the order desk
