Job Summary
Safely operate manual and automatic commercial vehicles to deliver ready mix concrete while performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Maintain accurate delivery records, communicate effectively with dispatch, and ensure proper handling and placement of concrete at job sites. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including operating in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Requires a valid, unrestricted commercial driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to lift heavy objects.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted, commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Capability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
