Job Summary
Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and deliver concrete to production forms; perform light maintenance and routine cleaning of the truck; inspect and assist with minor mechanical issues; assist with operating additional heavy equipment as needed; adhere to safety protocols and procedures; participate in general plant support projects as assigned. Requires High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and valid driver’s license. Flexible to support multiple plant operations in a production environment; strong mechanical aptitude and reliability are valued. The role is based in Brighton, Colorado, with no CDL required and typical on-site duties in a production facility. The anticipated deadline is 6/19/2026. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience operating heavy equipment: forklift, crane, skid steer, loader, excavator, etc.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to learn safe and efficient operation of a Ready Mix truck
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to perform light maintenance
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
