Job Summary
Safely drive and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial, construction, and residential projects while completing pre and post trip inspections on truck equipment. Document each delivery, maintain a clean appearance by washing residual concrete, and ensure all safety policies are followed to prevent unsafe behaviors. Develop product knowledge, understand quality standards, and display a professional attitude toward customers and team members. Maintain a valid Class B commercial driver's license, possess a clean MVR record, and be able to lift 50 lbs. daily. Work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and overtime with timely attendance. Home every night with competitive wages and a full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights and overtime.
- Timely and regular attendance.
- Previous truck driving experience.
- Possess and maintain a valid commercial driver's license, clean MVR record and DOT/CDL records.
- Class B minimum requirement, Class A preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to comply with FMCSA regulations, understand traffic signs, communicate with law enforcement, and complete required records.
