Ready Mix Driver

Operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites while performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety. Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to maintain efficient deliveries, and adhere strictly to safety procedures and traffic regulations. Assist with routine truck cleaning and minor maintenance activities. This role requires safe vehicle operation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess skills in navigating various job sites and adapting to changing conditions, including inclement weather, heat, cold, and elevated noise levels. The position involves physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors. Successful candidates must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examinations, drug/alcohol screens, and background checks.
