Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •An understanding of generational poverty and low income populations
• •Excellent computer skills (Internet, Google, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Use of Web Based Data Management Systems)
• •Valid Kentucky driver's license
• •Reliable transportation
• •Satisfactory background checks as required by the agency and grant program requirements
• •Pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug testing as required
• •State required minimum vehicle liability insurance and uninsured motorist insurance
• •Must be willing and available to participate in required and/or professional development opportunities
• •Must be willing to work some nights and weekends as required by program activities
• •Must be willing to work occasional evening hours
• •Must be willing to travel within the five-county jurisdiction
• •Out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected depending on program requirements
• •Must be willing to work service delivery within alternative or reform school settings
• •Must be willing to work in a typical interior office or classroom environment
• •Must be willing to work extended periods of time sitting in front of the computer
• •Must be willing to occasionally stand

• •Must be able to maintain participant files in compliance with agency PII policy and procedures
• •Must be able to work collaboratively with community agencies to receive and refer customers
• •Must be able to collaborate with Case Manager to support customer needs
• •Must be able to assist in planning and developing customer events
• •Must be able to cross-train as a facilitator/case management in order to fill-in as needed
• •Must be able to secure community venues for program activities
• •Must be able to assist in marketing activities
• •Must be able to conduct workshops and training sessions using prescribed curricula
• •Must be able to assist in producing resource materials
• •Must be able to recruit program participants from community and faith based partners
