Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions with pairs of students for 20-minute reading practice blocks, ensuring each student receives consistent support before returning to their classroom. Conduct skill assessments, enter scores into data software, and track progress while meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach. Deliver proven activities and encourage student growth through daily coaching and training. Commit to your own development by completing required coaching and training modules. Share your experience with the community as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
