Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support by pairing them for 20 minutes of reading practice daily. Track student progress, conduct skill assessments, and enter scores into data software while meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive, providing encouragement and celebrating their growth. Full-time positions run August 2026-June 2027 for 35 hours per week, with part-time options at 27.5 or 20 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
