Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support, seeing pairs of students for 20 minutes of reading practice each day. Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software, then track progress by meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training while sharing your experience with the community. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive during the 2026-27 school year, working Monday through Friday in daytime hours.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
