Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions by pairing students for 20-minute reading practice, tracking progress, and conducting skill assessments to enter scores in data software. Meet regularly with the school's on-site coach to ensure support aligns with the schedule, while committing to your own growth through coaching and training. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive, encouraging and celebrating their progress as they build confidence. This role runs Monday through Friday during the 2026-27 school year with daytime hours, offering full-time or part-time stipend compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
