Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach while delivering proven activities for pairs of students over 20-minute intervals. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training, share your experience with the community, and serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive. This role runs Monday through Friday during the 2026-27 school year, with 35 hours per week for full-time positions.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
