Lead tutoring sessions for student pairs, conducting 20-minute reading practice sessions while tracking progress and entering scores into data software. Follow a daily schedule to ensure consistent support, then guide students back to their classrooms for the next pair. Meet regularly with the school's on-site coach to review assessments and commit to personal growth through coaching and training. Share your experience with the broader community as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
