Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions with pairs of students for 20 minutes daily, tracking progress, conducting skill assessments, and entering scores into data software. Return students to their classrooms and repeat until all assigned students are served. Meet regularly with the on-site coach to discuss student growth and commit to your own development through coaching and training. Share your experience with the community while serving as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
