Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions for pairs of students, conducting 20-minute reading practice blocks and returning them to their classrooms. Track student progress, perform skill assessments, and enter scores into data software while meeting regularly with the on-site coach. Commit to personal growth through coaching and training, and share your experience with the community. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive during the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
