Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions at Edwards Elementary, pairing students for 20-minute reading practice and returning them to the classroom between pairs until all are served. Track student progress, conduct skill assessments, and enter scores into data software while meeting regularly with the onsite coach. Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
