Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions with pairs of students for 20 minutes daily, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach while following a schedule to ensure consistent support. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training, share your experience with the community, and encourage students as they build confidence. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive during the 2026-27 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
