Job Summary
Lead tutoring sessions with pairs of students for 20 minutes daily, conducting skill assessments and entering scores into data software. Track student progress by meeting regularly with the school's on-site coach and follow a schedule to ensure consistent support. Commit to your own growth through coaching and training while encouraging and celebrating student achievements. Serve as a caring adult focused on helping children thrive, sharing your experience with the community. This role runs Monday through Friday during daytime hours for the 2026-27 school year, with full-time positions at 35 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Ability to succesfully complete a background check
- Monday-Friday (no weekends)
