Job Summary
Conduct reading assessments and provide individualized and small group literacy instruction for adolescents and young adults with traumatic brain injuries, neurological challenges, and behavioral health needs. Develop curriculum materials, support IEP goals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to advance student success. Requires a Massachusetts DESE Reading Specialist license, a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred), and experience with special education or behavioral health populations. Schedule includes 6-10 hours weekly, with 2 days in person preferred or virtual options available.
