Job Summary
Design and provide small group intervention for students developing foundational literacy skills while managing reading success plans and diagnostics. Maintain accurate progress monitoring to guide instruction and facilitate Ignite Reading partnerships, managing a class of up to 25 students in virtual tutoring. Prepare supplemental resources to deepen content understanding. Requires a Missouri Teaching Certificate and 3-5 years of teaching foundational literacy experience. Located in the Normandy area serving K-6 students, with ongoing coaching and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of success as a teacher (at least 3-5 years of experience teaching foundational literacy)
- Missouri Teaching Certificate – Required
