Readiness Training Analyst (Secret Clearance)

Conduct readiness training validations of Air Force readiness training, functional-readiness execution, and RAT programs as part of the ISD process. Analyze readiness training programs to ensure compliance with formal readiness training standardization while assisting with courseware development and project management for assigned tasks. Serve as a Technical Task Lead or Manager in multiple project tasks, applying a wide spectrum of disciplines for planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support. Develop analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions, perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning, and execute process and data modeling using manual and automated tools. Apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents. May perform a quality assurance role and identify all task responsibilities and reports any changes or suggestions accordingly to the Project/Program Manager.
