Readiness and Adoption Manager

On-siteSalt Lake City, Utah, United States

Full Time

Job Summary

Lead cross-functional discovery workshops to document current-state ERP processes, system usage, integrations, and local practices at manufacturing facilities. Identify gaps in SAP Business One processes and data, then coordinate stabilization actions while developing end-to-end process inventories and current-state maps to support ERP evaluation. Following platform selection, own the crosswalk for processes, data, roles, and controls between SAP Business One and the future SaaS ERP solution, facilitating fit-to-standard design workshops. Establish a repeatable readiness framework covering people, process, data, and technology, conducting site assessments to identify capability gaps and risks that could prevent successful deployment. Create site-level readiness plans, scorecards, and action registers, translating impacts into specific actions for process decisions, data remediation, and training. Coordinate user acceptance testing, cutover activities, and hypercare support, monitoring issues by severity and root cause to drive resolutions. Serve as the central coordination point among business leaders, site personnel, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure sustained adoption and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, operations, finance, supply chain, organizational change, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Five of more years of process management experience in a manufacturing environment, in either: Materials Management, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Operational Finance.
  • Three or more years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems, business process transformation, change management, or a related discipline.
  • Direct exposure to at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, including process discovery, future-state design, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to implementation sites during critical project phases.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience implementing or supporting one or more SaaS ERP platforms, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor CloudSuite, IFS Cloud, or a comparable solution.
  • Experience participating in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations or multi-site deployment waves.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace and defense, government contracting, or another operationally complex or controlled environment.
  • Experience with ERP-supported manufacturing planning, inventory control, warehouse operations, project or job costing, procurement, and financial close processes.
  • Experience creating super-user networks, train-the-trainer programs, readiness scorecards, adoption dashboards, or structured hypercare models.
  • Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills; familiarity with data-querying or business-intelligence tools is beneficial.
