Job Summary
Own the technical architecture of client and internal projects by leading planning sessions with AI models like Claude and GPT to design systems before execution. Coordinate and mentor a team of developers by reviewing work, unblocking them, and keeping delivery on track while translating business requirements into clean, scalable solutions. Set engineering standards for AI-assisted tooling and communicate directly with international clients via calls, documentation, and email. Work 11 AM to 8 PM on a rotatable Sunday through Thursday schedule to align with Saudi clients. Required Qualifications
- Strong ReactJS experience in production: components, state, performance
- Proven architectural thinking. Plans and reasons before coding
- Claude Code (Max) and Cursor daily. Understands skills, memory, sub-agents, and MCP servers
- AI-workflow fluency across prompting approaches, planning loops, and agentic workflows
- Ownership mindset and multi-developer coordination
- Excellent English, spoken and written
Desired Qualifications
- Next.js in production (SSR, app router, deployment)
- TypeScript, Tailwind, modern React ecosystem
- Node.js or backend experience for full-stack ownership
- GitHub or portfolio with Claude Code skills, agents, or AI-assisted projects
- Bonus for building own skills
