Job Summary
Operate Reach Truck/Counterbalance Forklift in a Burlington, NJ-based distribution center. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, safely transporting goods through aisles, stacking according to plan, conducting equipment inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, collaborating with warehouse staff to maintain inventory and fulfill orders, keeping a clean and safe work area, and assisting with picking/packing and inventory counts as needed. Requires forklift experience, strong coordination, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a safety-first mindset. Flexible weekend availability and completion of a background check are required. WMS experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of PIT experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance Forklift within a warehouse environment
- Previous experience utilizing a warehouse scan gun
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reading orders and accurate documentation
- Adhering to all safety requirements; utilizing a safety-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
