Job Summary
Operate powered reach equipment, industrial manual or powered pallet jacks, and Hyster forklifts to move product in production or warehouse environments. Read and interpret carton/product labels for picking orders destined for samples, cut tables, or domestic shipments. Use scanners and reports to identify merchandise for storage and order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies while passing licensing certifications for assigned equipment. Maintain attention to detail and basic math and English skills. Work Friday through Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of general work experience
- 1 + year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience
- Previous experience with high-speed industrial environment
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Forklift certification
- Basic math skills
- Basic English skills
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret all types of carton/product labels
- Ability to use scanner/CRT and/or reports to identify merchandise
- Must be able to pass licensing certifications for all assigned equipment
- Must be available FRIDAY-SUNDAY from 7AM-7PM
Desired Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Previous experience with high-speed industrial environment a plus
