Job Summary
Operate reach truck to lift, stack, move, and store products; follow safe operating procedures as a licensed powered industrial truck operator; scan barcodes, locate and replenish cartons/pallets; assist cross-functionally as Material Handler I/II; train new or less experienced staff; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for cost savings, time efficiency, and waste reduction; handle battery charging and equipment maintenance tasks; work in a warehouse environment with RF scanner and WMS technologies; perform other duties to support the organization’s goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination
- Experience as a certified powered industrial equipment operator
- Experience with RF and WMS technology preferred
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete powered industrial equipment training and maintain equipment license
