Job Summary
Reach Truck Operator on 2nd shift (4 PM–1 AM) responsible for movement of pallets through the facility, ensuring FEFO/FIFO, loading/unloading, QA, and proper rotation of inventory. Tasks include unloading inbound trailers, staging for QA, palletizing, scanning and labeling, rotating older pallets to storage, maintaining dock cleanliness, stocking production drop zones, validating outbound loads with load diagrams, securing trailers, and organizing the warehouse. Requires forklift/reach truck experience, adherence to safety and GMP/SQF standards, and general high school degree or equivalent. Strong attention to safety, inventory accuracy, and ability to work with supervisors and leads in a fast-paced food-warehouse environment. Location: Bedford Park, IL, US; in-person work on 2nd shift with Sundays and Mondays off.
Required Qualifications
- General high school degree, or equivalent (e.g. GED)
- Experience using standup counterbalance forklift / reach truck preferred
