Job Summary
Reach Truck Driver position at Five Below, responsible for locating locations, loading/unloading shipments, stacking and storing merchandise, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound shipments, reporting quality variances, and using an RF Gun for picking/receiving/put-away/replenishment/load functions. Must-have forklift/reach-truck experience (1 year), ability to operate all equipment safely, inventory awareness, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and potential alternate shifts. Daily tasks include maintaining clean, safe equipment, communicating with management to resolve issues, and handling physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods) in a warehouse environment, including exposure to temperature variations.
Required Qualifications
- Stand Up Reach Truck or Forklift Experience, 1 Year Minimum
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- Knowledge of physical inventory process helpful
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Must be able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining a high degree of flexibility
- Ability to work flexible hours and work an alternate shift for an extended period of time with limited notice
- Lift up to 50-pound boxes, and remain on feet for entire shift
- Ability to ascend staircases and perform standing work on an elevated platform
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
