Job Summary
Reach Operator for day shift in Tracy, CA responsible for warehouse tasks using RF scanner and material handling equipment. Role includes receiving, order picking, shipping, and inventory control, with emphasis on KPI-driven performance, accuracy, and teamwork. Must operate MHE with RF technology, follow SOPs, participate in inventory activities, and maintain safety standards. Required: 2 years warehouse experience, MHE operation, RF/WMS familiarity (Red Prairie preferred), and truck loading capability. Education preferred: secondary school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years warehouse experience
- minimum of (1) one-year operating material handling equipment (MHE)
- RF-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience (prefer Red Prairie)
- truck loading experience
- completion of secondary school diploma preferred
- Raymond Reach, Dock Stocker, Counter Balance and/or Walkie certifications (MHE is site specific)
