Job Summary
Provide instructional and non-instructional support to a Multi-Classroom Leader (MCL) team, including tutoring small groups and individuals under supervision, supervising student behavior during transitions and unstructured times, assisting with administrative tasks (attendance, grades, parent conferences, assignments), and collaborating with teachers, tutors, volunteers, and digital lab monitors. Candidates should have completed 60 college hours (60/90) and possess experience with children, strong behavior management, and a commitment to professional development within a school-based tutoring environment.
Required Qualifications
- 60 semester/90 quarter hours of college credits
- Previous experience working with children
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Evidence of taking initiative and being self-motivated
