Job Summary
The Reach Associate provides instructional and non-instructional support to a Multi-Classroom Leader team, focusing on small-group tutoring and supervision of student behavior under the guidance of the MCL. Responsibilities include tutoring small groups and individuals, supervising projects and digital learning, maintaining administrative duties (attendance, grades, parent conferences, assignments), collaborating with teachers, tutors, volunteers, and lab monitors, and contributing to a respectful, engaged classroom culture. The role may operate in tutoring labs or push into classrooms, and may support multiple teaching teams. A CDL bus license program must be completed within one year. Schedule is 10 months, full-time, 8 hours per day, with a potential $1,000/year stipend; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
