Job Summary
Lead strategic and operational direction for Re:gen, ensuring consistent, gospel-centered recovery ministry that equips people for healing and transformation. Develop operating procedures, oversee programming and logistics, and manage systems within The Rock to support future growth. Recruit, develop, and shepherd group leaders while cultivating a healthy leadership pipeline through coaching and accountability. Partner with campus pastors to cast vision, facilitate referrals, and expand awareness across all campuses. Track participation, retention, and operational readiness to inform planning, and assist in stewarding the ministry budget. Manage referral pathways for specialized needs and cultivate relationships with counselors and community partners. Ensure alignment with the mission, vision, and values of The Church of Eleven22®.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, counseling, leadership or a related field
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in recovery ministry, discipleship, care ministry or a related ministry environment
- Experience leading ministry operations, building scalable systems and collaborating across multiple teams to achieve organizational goals
- Sunday through Thursday schedule
- Full weekends availability
- Attendance at all 'All-Skates' events
- Regular onsite presence at the designated Re:gen location
- Occasional travel to other church campuses
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, counseling, leadership or a related field preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant ministry experience preferred
