Job Summary
Provide childcare support for parents attending RE:GEN ministry events on Mondays from 6:15 pm to 8:15 pm. Serve as a paid staff member earning $18.00 per hour, with dinner available at 5:30 pm if desired. Maintain a personal passion for ministering within the local church context and demonstrate a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. Ensure all interactions reflect the fruit of the Holy Spirit and uphold the integrity expected of public Christian ministry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Passion for working with children in a faith-based environment

- Demonstrate a personal passion to minister to people within the context of the local church
- Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit
- Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20)
- Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations
