Job Summary
Re-Enrollment Specialist role within the campus Student Services team focusing on re-engaging previously enrolled students who dropped out to re-enroll in skilled trades programs. Responsibilities include making phone calls, emailing, texting, and in-person conversations to help students overcome obstacles to re-enrollment, liaising with Admissions, Faculty, and Student Services, and supporting students in rediscovering their passion for the trade. Requires associate (or higher) degree and at least two years of related experience, with strong communication, problem-solving, and persuasive skills; must be able to engage with students empathetically and work collaboratively in a team environment. The role involves engaging with students, coordinating across departments, and contributing to student success efforts on campus.
Required Qualifications
