Job Summary
The Re-Entry Specialist is responsible for recruiting and supporting ex-offenders by connecting them with necessary resources and services such as employment, treatment, and housing. The role involves conducting intake interviews, securing program participation agreements, assisting clients in applying for social entitlements, monitoring client progress, and facilitating workshops. The Specialist must also develop discharge plans, complete required documentation, and maintain confidentiality while fostering respectful interactions.
