RDH - Registered Dental Hygienist

Perform hygiene clinical procedures including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays. Educate patients on effective oral hygiene methods and communicate with the doctor regarding restorative or periodontal needs. Obtain and review dental history and records from patients to ensure health history is updated. This part-time role in a San Francisco Bay Area general dental practice covers Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-4:15 PM. The office utilizes a Cavitron and requires a valid state license and accredited dental hygiene degree.
