Job Summary
Perform hygiene clinical procedures including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays. Educate patients on effective oral hygiene methods and communicate with the doctor regarding restorative or periodontal needs. Obtain and review dental history and care slips to ensure patient health records are updated. Requires a Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program and a valid state license. Monday through Tuesday 8 to 5, Friday 8 to 12.
