Job Summary
Perform hygiene clinical procedures including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays. Educate patients on effective oral hygiene methods and communicate with the doctor regarding restorative or periodontal needs. Obtain and review dental history and records from patients, ensuring health history is updated for all returning patients. This part-time permanent role in a modern general dental office in Richmond, California, includes Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Saturday from 7:30 to 4:30. Required Qualifications
- Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- valid state license
