Job Summary
Collaborate with dentists, receptionists, and support staff to deliver optimal patient experiences through great interaction and trust. Proactively address patient concerns, provide insight on treatment, and guide patients on PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to optimize benefits. Learn how various payor types work while maintaining excellent clinical skills across general, specialty, and orthodontic services. Work full-time or part-time in a diverse Southern California network of over 45 offices. New candidates receive comprehensive training, coaching, and company-sponsored CE courses to advance clinically and operationally.
Required Qualifications
- hygiene degree/certificate from an accredited program
- state license
