Job Summary
Provide dental hygiene services and contribute to a high-quality patient experience. Engage with patients to promote trust and optimal outcomes, collaborate with dentists and front-office staff, guide patients on PPO/HMO benefits, address patient concerns, and support a team-focused practice. Participate in ongoing training, company-sponsored CE, and professional development to grow clinically and operationally within a growing West Coast Dental organization offering diverse, full-service dental care across multiple offices.
Required Qualifications
- Hygiene degree/certificate from an accredited program
