RDA and Metrology Central Team Engineer

Job Summary
As the RAM Central Team Engineer, you will work with process and equipment engineers to start up, develop, and optimize detection strategies aimed at improving product yield, quality, and cost. Key responsibilities include establishing 100% Inline Visibility, improving detection methods, aligning Best Known Methods (BKM) related to RAM Detection performance and supplier engagement, and managing projects effectively. You will also engage with suppliers, evaluate inspection equipment, and support global alignment on RAM strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant working experiences in RDA and/or Metrology
- Good communication skill, maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and appropriate team members in other functional areas
Additional Requirements
- Willing and capable of international travel, including Extended International Business Travel (EIBT) assignment to 6 months as needed
