Job Summary
FT Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) needed at Purcell Municipal Hospital. Responsible for supervising daily operations of the department food quality, patient meal service functions, and sanitation; coordinates scheduling, payroll, orientation and training of food service staff; leads process-improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction; participates in budget planning and cost controls; provides leadership and resources to achieve high performance and professional work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associates Degree in food service or related field required
- Registered Dietetic Technician or Certified Dietary Manager required
- 1 - 3 years supervisory experience in a related health care field
- Computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel or similar programs
