Job Summary
Screen un-insured and under-insured patients for federally funded programs while managing scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, financial counseling, cashiering, and release of information. Adhere to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards by handling higher complexity tasks than standard associates, maintaining a high level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance with at least one year of hospital or physician revenue cycle experience preferred. For the Individual Solutions Coordinator, a current Indiana State Navigator's license is required. Work onsite at University Hospital full-time Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
