Job Summary
Conduct ongoing quality reviews of operational team members, preparing formal reports and facilitating individual feedback sessions to address performance gaps. Assist in developing Standard Work, delivering training and education on identified topics, and supporting new team member on-boarding. Track and trend daily RCS operations to identify improvement initiatives, while monitoring departmental compliance with policies and procedures. Provide coverage in operational areas as needed to remain current on workflow functions and support special projects directed by leadership. Report recommendations to management to alleviate issues and improve service quality, then assist in implementing approved changes within the department.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years? experience in revenue cycle operations in various positions related to the position
- proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Visio & Access)
- high level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytic skills
- effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings
- ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others
- ability to set and adjust defined priorities as necessary and to process multiple tasks at once
- strong attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in related field preferred
