Job Summary
Lead the Billing and Collections team as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services, providing leadership on education, training, and managing regulatory changes. Conduct independent reviews and monitor aged accounts receivable, intervening directly on claim-related issues and serving as the primary escalation point for complex problems. Facilitate work groups to drive initiatives that improve health outcomes while applying analytical capabilities to understand industry complexities and optimize business processes. Manage resource utilization across multiple projects, requiring expert knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires excellent customer service skills
- Requires demonstrated ability to use analytical capabilities and business knowledge to understand complexities of industry and impact to business processes and methods
