Job Summary
RCS Associate responsible for obtaining authorizations for Financial Clearance Services, including insurance verification, prior authorization, and verification of benefits. Requires insurance experience, knowledge of payer portals, ability to multi-task, and typically 1+ year of hospital or physician Revenue Cycle experience; working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; effective written and verbal communication; team collaboration; and initiative to meet objectives. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN, and is noted to have a remote work schedule.
